I can imagine no more rewarding a career. And any man who may be asked in this century what he did to make his life worthwhile, I think can respond with a good deal of pride and satisfaction: 'I served in the United States Navy.'' President John F. Kennedy, 1 August 1963, in Bancroft Hall at the U. S. Naval Academy. From one Eagle to another farewell.

- Tommy McDermott, Rincon, GA

Nick's sure hand for the many hours he spent guiding his crews and his aircraft where always part of 'the right stuff.' He was my mentor and my friend I will always miss him. For his sons and their families I can only say, please accept my condolences and know that your Father, Father-in-Law, Grandfather, and Great-Grandfather will be missed, but remembered. Bob Truax

- Bob Truax, Inverness, FL

Uncle Dominic was always one of Dad's favorite siblings and I remember him a man with a great humor and fun to be around.
